Overview

The Authentication pages handle your account access, including logging in, logging out, and account security features.

How to Access Your Account

1. Navigate to the login page
2. Enter your registered email address
3. You’ll receive a secure login code via email
4. Enter the code on the login page to access your account

Login Code Security

• Login codes are only valid for a few minutes
• Each code can only be used once
• If a code expires, you can request a new one from the login page

Common Issues

Didn’t Receive Login Code

1. Check your spam or junk folder
2. Verify that you entered the correct email address
3. Try again after waiting at least 2 minutes
4. Contact support if problems persist

Session Timeout

For security reasons, your session may timeout after a period of inactivity. Simply log in again to continue.
